IFR Lost Comms Trainer

This app collects no data about you and makes no network connections of its own. It keeps three small records on your device, and nothing else.

What this app stores

On your device only, in the app's own storage:

None of them leaves your device, and none is tied to an account or an identifier. To clear all three, open About (the info button at the top of the Picture, Learn or Reference tab) and choose Clear lessons and quiz history. Deleting the app also removes them.

What this app does not do

Links out of the app

The About screen has two links, Privacy policy and Support, and both open this page in your browser. Its More from AutoPilot screen lists our other apps, each opening its App Store page, and a row that opens flywithautopilot.com in your browser. The app itself sends nothing with any link: no identifier and nothing about you travels with it.

Support

Questions, bugs, or something you think the app has wrong: admin@flywithautopilot.com. Say which lesson, quiz card or situation, along with your device and iOS version.

IFR Lost Comms Trainer is ground study for IFR two-way radio communications failure, 14 CFR 91.185. Its routes are invented for teaching, never real charts, and it is not for use in flight: the regulation, ATC and your flight instructor come first.
